Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return:

the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

the item must be in the original packaging

proof of purchase must be included
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and contact you with our decision.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will then let you know the status of your refund after the inspection.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please allow 2–3 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Electronics
All electronic items are sold with a 1-year warranty with us.
If your item is found to have an electronic fault within this period, we will repair or replace it where appropriate.
Please refer to the item’s user manual for any additional warranty offered by the manufacturer.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
